Penny-sized hail fell on Centerport while pricier Plainview felt nickel-sized hail. Across Long Island Sound, parts of Bridgeport had quarter-sized hail covering the ground. Waterspouts were seen over the sound and eastern Long Island had wind gusts up to 60 miles an hour. Today......
