Just last week glass fell from the Bank of America building at 6th Avenue and 42nd Street, and about a block away at 2:15 p.m. today the same thing has occurred. From the building where the annual New Year's Eve ball drop takes place, 1 Times Square, it's being reported that "A WINDOW HAS FALLEN FROM A 10TH FLOOR WINDOW.
