Poor Natasha Lyonne. After she and her lawyer failed to appear in court for the fourth time yesterday a Manhattan Criminal Court Judge signed an arrest warrant for the former indie-actress. Just sad.

Lyonne was due to appear in court concerning the continuing fallout from her famously disastrous stay in a Gramercy Park apartment owned by Michael Rapaport. Not only did she destroy the apartment ("It looked like a grenade had gone off") but she also allegedly seriously harassed her neighbors, which is why she was due in court (specifically, she is said to have threatened to "sexually molest" her neighbor's dog).

So, anybody spot Lyonne lying around anywhere lately?
