Ladies Love Jon Stewart
Okay, red-blooded male Gothamist readers who are seeking girls who laugh, like the snark, and are interested in the direction this country is going in: It seems the part of the code has been cracked on how to meet lovely ladies in a place that isn't a bar or a comedy club. You need to go to events where Jon Stewart is present. Eric at State of the Art went to Stewart's book signing and writes:
I have to say that the ladies really do love John Stewart. There were some very attractive females in line and you could, quite frankly, cut the sexual tension with a knife. It was hot. They were hot. John Stewart was hot.He also took this fetching picture of a girl who, like many we know, thinks of Jon Stewart as her secret boyfriend.

Everybody loves Jon Stewart!
Jon Stewart may be the most beloved guy anywhere.
we don't all agree on politics, religion, music or art, but we all love to laugh, right?
he, dave chappelle and maybe will ferrell - they are the top of the food chain when you think about it.
it's lonely at the top.
the daily show is the only show that i can turn on and be GUARANTEED a laugh. humor is sexy and so is jon stewart. heh.
i don't know about these other girls, but jon stewart is definitely MY secret boyfriend.
I was very sad to learn that he's married with a kid. I'm not much on homewrecking, but for him....I think I could manage.

You want to know yet another hot thing about Jon Stewart? His wife was a fan of his. She had a big, big crush on him, and then she met him, and now they're happily married. How inspiring is that for all you fans out there? Just go focus on someone else. Oh, there is no one else. OK, sorry.
Went to this last night. While slightly disappointed that there was no reading (damn you Gothamist, damn you!), it was great to have my book signed by him. The guy is just as funny, amiable and easygoing in person as he appears on the show. I asked about posing with the bird on the cover and he explained that it actually is not a real bald eagle. Anyway, the guy is super cool. I heard he's doing another one of these signing things w/ the rest of the Daily Show cast in October.
jon is the longest relationship i've ever had. (is it bad to have a secret boyfriend for more than 10 years?) i have a baseball hat from The Jon Stewart Show in 93 and i'm telling you, they will have to pry that hat from my cold dead hands.
The Daily Show is everything The Onion wishes it were. And with two ex-Onion staffers as head writers, it basically is. The natural evolution of social satire and comedy.

You can add me to list of girlfriends. I didn't decide until yesterday afternoon to go to the signing and I'm pretty glad I did. I, like a lot of others, started reading the book while waiting on line and you can hear the chuckles from everyone standing around reading their copies. It's a great read.
I went to a taping of the Daily Show awhile back, and he is just as charming, gracious and good looking in person--he went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. I've been crushing on Mr. Stewart since my college days.
Back in the day, I was dating this girl - as things progressed she told me I reminded her of Jon Stewart. Instantly, I knew she was mine.
Are there any groupies left over? Can they come to my book signing next month?

Jon is hot. The book is great - reminds me of my social studies book from the 70's. Bought copies for my rural nieces and nephews in Montana and Washington state. (Evil laugh).
You know someone's hot when they can discuss the faults of the electoral college and get you wet. I have had a crush on Jon since I was in the 7th grade and it shows no signs of stopping.
