Photoblogger Anarchy! (Day 3)
We're kicking off our RNC photoblogger coverage early today, because we're sure there are tons of A31 pictures ready to come in. If you have shots from any of the action down by the WTC, up by Union Square, at the Library, or in Herald Square, be sure to send us an email or post your URL in the comments! Check this post a few times tomorrow, because we'll be updating it as the links come in. A few to start the ball rolling:

- Mike is a machine! Arrested, thrown in the slammer for two days, back in time to shoot from inside the RNC, and now on the streets covering A31!!! Bravo!
- Our beloved Rion and Mike are also out there, delivering day after day of RNC coverage. Today's Rion post has the chaos around Herald Square. Mike has Herald Square and the Library covered

- WhatISee with some of the scene around the Fox News Protest

- Callalillie stationed herself on 16th Street and captured the near-riot that ensued. Bonus points for talking her way out of an arrest!

All I have to say is...where the HELL did these hundreds of stylish Italian police scooters come from? In my entire life here I've seen maybe ten cops on scooters. Someone shed some light!

They recently purchased the scooters. Here's a pointer to a copy of the press release. Apparently they can go 75 mph and they look pretty cool. Check out the pictures of the undercover scooter cops at the Fox news protest on my web site.

I'm disappointed in the "Mainstream" Media. Other than arrests, They don't really seem to be covering the Protests very much...

on may 1st there is going to be a march for the government not to take the illigal imigrants to their home countries and separete them from their friends and famillies. if you want to help you do not have to march outside but just dont work, buy enithing or go to school so the government sees how much they need illigal imigrants for the country's economy. please we need the people's power which means that you dont need to be an imigrant you just need to have a pulse. (think about it, what if the government took you away from your children or your parents.)
